Professional Bio – Eryn Richardson

Eryn Richardson is the Managing Partner of Century 21 Heritage Group Ltd., one of Canada’s largest and most respected real estate brokerages. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Eryn has built a reputation for professionalism, innovation, and ethical leadership. He oversees a network of more than 800 REALTORS® across multiple offices and has been instrumental in creating a brokerage culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and community service. Under his guidance, Century 21 Heritage Group has consistently ranked among the Top 3 Century 21 offices in Canada and within the Top 20 globally.

Before moving into ownership, Eryn led the top-selling team at Century 21 Heritage Group for ten consecutive yearsand earned a place in the prestigious Centurion Honour Society, recognizing sustained excellence in real estate sales and client service.

Eryn has served two terms on the Customer Advisory Committee for Lone Wolf Technologies, providing national-level insight into real estate technology used across North America. He also served for five years on the Century 21 Canada Technology Committee, where he contributed to strategic advancements that have elevated operational and professional standards within the brand. As a featured national speaker for Century 21 Canada, Eryn has shared his expertise on brokerage systems, agent development, and the integration of technology to drive ethical, efficient business practices.

Beyond brokerage leadership, Eryn spearheaded the development of an innovative technology platform for Canadian brokerages in collaboration with the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT)—a pioneering initiative that enhanced operational efficiency and agent support across the industry. This groundbreaking work earned the prestigious Gold Award from the Brandon Hall Group in 2025, recognizing excellence in learning and development innovation.

Eryn also served on the TRREB MLS®, Technology & Related Services Committee, where he contributed his deep understanding of real estate technology, data integrity, and member services to help advance the Board’s digital infrastructure and professional tools.
